listen to me, and this is important. if you draw one more drawing that makes me think, "I hate you Joe." I'm going to drive to boston and head butt you.

stop smiling.

pretty sweet. it would be sweet to do a transformer pin up. the thing for oni, are you writing and drawing, or just art?

Good luck. I have to say, I would not envy you doing a Transformers book. It makes my french curves hurt just thinking about it.

didn't use french curves... or any perspective lines for that matter.

Is this for IDW? They're hard up for artists who can draw Transformers ON TIME.

i'm not sure. i would imagine so, since idw has the rights to "transformers" and "g.i. joe". i would not want to draw the book, but i wouldn't have a problem doing a pin-up, which is what they're offering.

Wow, you remember that! Yeah, I did the first three issues. It was a pain in the ass. The only reference I actually had was the toys themselves. No model sheets, no nothin, except the toys.

that's funny. cause the guy i'm doing this for, gave me action figure reference as well. i actually had to make up a lot of the details on the shoulders, forearms, and waist of this guy.

Think of all the things you could do if you had tires for shoulders...
